Exchange Policy

We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• In original packaging
• With all tags attached

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

• Made-to-Order Pieces
• Customized Garments
• Altered Products
• Limited Edition Products
• Sale Items
• Gift Cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the issue.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after quality inspection of the returned product.

Refunds are issued through the original payment method used for purchase.

Product Variations

Minor variations in colour, texture, embroidery, or finish may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, and handcrafted production processes. Such variations shall not be considered defects.
